The Overhaul
The Overhaul is a huge hit with our regular clients! Treat repetitive strains, increase your endurance, and promote recovery all within this 90-minute intensive treatment. Sports massage and deep tissue techniques are incorporated, along with cupping therapy. Cupping uses negative pressure (suction) to lift the tissue; this suction helps pull stagnation from muscles, drains excess fluids from joints, loosens adhesions, and brings fresh blood flow to the affected area. For added benefits we also incorporate therapeutic heat packs and use CBD oil throughout the treatment to enhance relaxation and reduce inflammation. This package is perfect for any athlete who wants to get ahead of the game and prepare thoroughly for their next adventure.
