Sports massage and deep tissue techniques are incorporated, along with cupping therapy. Cupping uses negative pressure (suction) to lift the tissue; this suction helps pull stagnation from muscles, drains excess fluids from joints, loosens adhesions, and brings fresh blood flow to the affected area. For added benefits we also incorporate therapeutic heat packs and use CBD oil throughout the treatment to enhance relaxation and reduce inflammation.
